Are you an organised, personable, and proactive individual looking to develop your career within a reputable company?Our client, a well-established medical equipment supplier, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Sales Director to join their growing team in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in the smooth running of the sales department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organise diaries for the two Sales Managers, including management of emails, voice notes, and Teams meetings.
  • Update CRM systems with details from sales meetings and other information.
  • Make warm outbound calls to businesses to follow up on quotes
  • Set up appointments for Sales Managers.
  • Pass feedback from outbound calls to sales teams to support business goals.
  • Create and upload PowerPoint presentations with key figures and information for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain databases and records to ensure smooth communication across the sales department.
About You:
  • Confident and comfortable making proactive outbound calls.
  • Bubbly, personable, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in diary management and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
