Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
