Your new companyYour new company is a local and well-respected manufacturing company, who supply a range of customers across the UK and Europe. Due to an increase in workload and increased demand, they are now seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team for an initial period of 6 weeks to assist them through these busy periods.Your new roleIn your new role, you will be managing your own ledger of customer accounts, whereby you will be responsible for the chasing of outstanding debt, via telephone, email and letters where necessary. Alongside the chasing of debt, you will be the first point of contact for the customer accounts on your ledger, managing queries and reissuing invoices where possible. This is a full-time role, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.What you'll need to succeed

  • In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience of working in a similar capacity before.
  • You will have experience in end-to-end Credit Control and be comfortable managing a high volume of customer accounts.
  • Your systems experience will preferably include Sage and you will be comfortable with Excel.
