My client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Burnley. They specialise in quality precision pressed components and are a leading supplier of engineering subcontract services across the UK. They are renowned in their field for excellent service. Their team are looking for a dedicated customer service assistant, who can develop accounts and gain new business with experience in social media and marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring a fresh approach to their social media presence and deliver excellent customer care through various channels, including; website, email and telephone.

Monday-Thursday 08:30- 16:45
Friday 08:30-13:30
(36 hours p/w)
Responsibilities:
Proactive approach to customer requirements
Handling both incoming and outbound calls for customers
Assist with developing and maintaining their social media account
General marketing duties
Identify customer needs and expectations
Work closely with management to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
Assist with the day-to-day office duties
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
