Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Burnley. The successful candidate will work within our 2-3 year old room, providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the development of children aged 2-3 years.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children aged 2-3 years is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to start immediately.
