Finance Manager

I am pleased to be working with one of clients to appoint a Finance Manager. My client is seeking an experienced and qualified senior finance professional to lead a team of qualified accountants. You will work closely with both the Group Finance Director and Managing Director to drive performance.

Are you a self-starter with excellent communication skills? and interpersonal skills? We are seeking someone who is Conscientious, is methodical and someone who will work under own initiative. A leader who is task orientated and can build effective relationships

Working with this local SME, to oversee the Finance function.

• Managing the finance team to ensure all
• Production of Month End reporting packs
• Reporting key financial information to Managing Director
• Weekly engagement with SLT
• Attend weekly management
• Present the financial results to SLT
• Mentor and lead the develop to attain best practice
• Ensure all legal and HMRC requirements are met
• Main point of contact for Auditors
• Continue to develop best practice in the finance team

Person specification

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, ideally 5 years PQE
• At least 3 experiences of managing a team is essential
• Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of ERP system and system upgrades
• Must have strong excel skills
