Are you an experienced Legal Secretary Join our reputable firm in Burton on Trent working within the Family Department supporting a Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team and ensuring the smooth running of the office while delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Secretary your duties will include:

  • Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and finalising legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
  • File Management: Maintaining and organising both digital and physical client files.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and court dates efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and external parties.
  • General Office Duties: Handling incoming calls, emails, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
