We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join an outstanding mental health charity in Boston, Lincolnshire.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate and individualised support to adults experiencing mental health crisis.
- Empower clients to develop and lead their own recovery plans, fostering independence and control.
- Utilise therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and stability.
- Collaborate with external agencies to connect clients with additional resources.

Who You Are:
- Possess a strong understanding of mental health issues.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a social care setting, ideally with a focus on mental health.
