SEND Teacher (Full Time/Temporary)

At Vision for Education, we are dedicated to supporting schools in delivering the highest quality education to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are currently looking for a passionate and committed SEND Teacher to join an independent school in Lincoln, which caters to children aged 11-19 with severe and profound learning disabilities, as well as those on the autism spectrum and with complex care needs.
The school's mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where students can reach their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEND.
  • Support the individual needs of each student, ensuring that learning is accessible and effective.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff, support workers, and families to create a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and track student progress and adapt teaching methods as required.
