We are seeking aHead Chefto assist in the running of our busy brewery pub, deliver some great dishes and of course, incorporate the beer into the cooking. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking for a hands-on project that offers both challenges and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high morale and consistent quality in every dish.
  • Menu Development:Create and develop seasonal menus that incorporate our superb beer, trends, delighting our diverse clientele alongside a small core menu.
  • Operations:Handle the challenges of the seasonality of the business, from staffing to inventory management, ensuring smooth operations during peak periods.
  • Safety:Take initiative in all aspects of kitchen management, from maintaining high hygiene standards to optimising kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with management to ensure the pub runs seamlessly, to ensure unrivalled hospitality.
