Known for delivering top-tier gas and electrical safety inspections and boiler installation services across the UK, the company has earned a reputation for quality and reliability. This is a fantastic opportunity for an out-going enthusiastic person to work in a small but pivotal team that manages some of the key client’s work flow.  The main focus of this job role is to maintain a bespoke data-base, assist in the scheduling of work, answer client telephone calls and email enquiries and up-selling of products. Responsibilities:
  • Answering client telephone calls and email enquiries.
  • Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible.
  • Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance.
  • Monitoring the progress of cases.
  • Uploading certificates to the CRM.
  • Reacting to inbound calls.
You will need to:
  • Be computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages.
  • Be highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be a people person with a friendly manner.
  • Be a team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments.
  • Customer services experience would be desirable.
Remuneration and Benefits:
  • Hours of Work: 9:00am – 5:30pm – 1 Hour unpaid lunch (flexibility required)
  • Salary £22,800 
  • Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays rising to 22 days after 1 year’s employment
