- Answering client telephone calls and email enquiries.
- Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets.
- Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible.
- Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance.
- Monitoring the progress of cases.
- Uploading certificates to the CRM.
- Reacting to inbound calls.
- Be computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages.
- Be highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
- Be a people person with a friendly manner.
- Be a team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments.
- Customer services experience would be desirable.
- Hours of Work: 9:00am – 5:30pm – 1 Hour unpaid lunch (flexibility required)
- Salary £22,800
