As the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality and compliance standards. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

?? Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan to support business objectives?? Manage supplier negotiations and contracts to achieve cost savings and service improvements?? Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture?? Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies?? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices?? Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs

? Proven experience in a senior procurement role, ideally within a fast-paced environment? Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive commercial value? Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation? Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives? Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
