Your new role
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and contributing to the successful completion of our diverse range of developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate estimates for projects.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any financial discrepancies.
• Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
