- Supporting the Principal by providing an efficient HR Service to all staff.Â
- Responsible for the management of payroll.Â
- Carrying out relevant employee vetting checks.Â
- New staff inductions.Â
- Implementing the School's Recruitment process.Â
- CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 3.Â
- Previous experience working within a similar role.Â
- Highly organised with both excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Ability to work to own initiative and develop individuals and teams.Â
