Reed Marketing are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns within a large services provider based in Caerphilly. As the marketing manager, you will play a critical strategic role in driving growth, supporting new business development, and enhancing customer retention.
You will have a proven track record in managing campaign strategy, leveraging marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud), and utilising Salesforce to achieve measurable business impact.
Hybrid Working (2-3 day in the office a week)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Optimise the use of Salesforce in collaboration with the IT team for enhanced marketing automation and data accuracy.
- Execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage public relations to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with IT, Sales, and Pardot teams to optimize CRM and lead management processes.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across divisions.
- Lead and mentor a Marketing Executive, fostering professional growth and development.
- Deliver detailed performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing tools is advantageous.
