About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting various accounting functions, and contributing to our overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post month-end journals, including prepayments and accruals, ensuring they align with supporting documentation (ERP: SAP).
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheets following company policy, utilizing OneStream Software and ensuring SOX compliance.
- Support the audit process by preparing audit files, reconciliations, analyses, and providing necessary system information.
- Conduct AR ledger analysis and assist the Accounts Receivable team in contacting customers for payments.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to support decision-making.
- Review and approve AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company policies.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned, within the scope of your role and individual expertise.
