We are looking for a professional and confident individual to join our clients established team.

You will be responsible for supporting the management team with their diaries and the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring clear communication with customers and colleagues with the status of each project.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the wider team with all administrative responsibilities including diary management, data entry, arranging meetings, booking travel and assisting with reporting
  • Manage all inbound calls and correspondences, escalating/forwarding calls and information to relevant contacts
  • Maintain CRM database with correct and up to date information regarding the status of each project
  • Update business communications, distributing to relevant recipients in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  • A natural people person, able to easily build quality relationships with colleagues and customers alike
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks working to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Details:

Salary: 28,000 to 32,000 DOE

Location: Camberley

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with the possibility of 1-day WFH)
