Are you an experienced Customer Relations Manager with a passion for luxury care homes? Do you have a track record of driving occupancy and successfully commissioning new services?
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new luxury care home. This state-of-the-art facility will provide high-end nursing, residential, and dementia care, setting new standards in later living with exceptional amenities.
As Customer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building occupancy, engaging with the local community, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy by generating and converting inquiries into move-ins.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy tailored to a new home launch.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, referrers, and community partners.
- Deliver exceptional tours and customer experiences, ensuring every prospective resident and family receives personalised support.
- Coordinate and host events to promote the home and attract new residents.
About You
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager within the luxury care home or later living sector.
- Strong understanding of commissioning and launching new care homes, with a results-driven approach to sales and marketing.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with families, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.
- A proactive, driven, and compassionate approach to supporting residents in their transition to care.
