Our client based in Camberley are looking for a highly organised, focused and motivated individual to come and join their team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting with a number of administrative duties such as helping with the recruitment process, organising rosters for additional team members as well as actioning all paperwork when necessary.
Your responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- Managing all administration
- Overseeing scheduling
- Supporting with any leave/sickness
- Assist with any payroll and leaving process
- Assist with recruitment, such as: job descriptions, shortlisting, and new starter enrolment
- Ensuring compliance, training documents and all records are updated on the system
- Updating records and training
- Support maintenance and weekly operations reports
The successful candidate must be determined and able to prioritise workload accordingly as you will be working alongside multiple records and documents ensuring all has been completed by the wider team. You must be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with a number of colleagues, clients and potential new team members.

Pay Rate: 13.50 - 14.00 per hour - depending on experience
Location: Camberley
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - fully office based
