This growing, outsourced payroll provider based in Camberley is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team. You will be joining an expanding organisation that has achieved significant growth over the past few years and has created this role as a result. This role will be offered on a hybrid basis and offers great company benefits. Senior Payroll Administrator - About The Role

In this role you will be working in a team of 7 and will be reporting into the Payroll Manager. You will be working with a variety of clients as well supporting onboarding new clients. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients including managing payments, HMRC submissions and pensions
  • End-to-end payroll processing within agreed timeframes
  • First point of contact for payroll administrators queries
  • Supporting with payroll projects and improving the overall processes within the payroll team
  • Manual calculations for starters and leavers, tax and NI
  • Liaising with existing clients and building rapport
  • Creating statutory payment schedules and using imports for data processing
  • Creating reports, imports and functions on payrolls
  • Holding training sessions with junior colleagues and monitoring progress

The successful Senior Payroll Administrator will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll position
  • Experience in an outsourced payroll environment
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Knowledge of pension and auto enrolment rules
  • Strong organisation skills
