The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to communicate clearly, even under pressure. You will take ownership of processing payroll from start to finish, including handling complex cases, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will also produce key employee documents, handle RTI submissions, pension files, and address administrative queries. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating complex reports and configuring payroll functions at the company level. You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager, assisting with team support and training as needed.

About You

You are a proactive team player with a keen sense of awareness for the needs of your team and department. You have a meticulous approach to detail, coupled with excellent organisational and planning skills. You are confident stepping into a leadership role in the absence of the Payroll Manager.

We're looking for candidates with over 3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, with strong knowledge of pension schemes, Auto Enrolment (AE) rules, and HMRC regulations.
