Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our residents by planning and delivering a variety of engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a diverse activities program tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
Organise social events, entertainment, exercise sessions, and group activities.
Encourage participation from all residents, ensuring inclusivity.
Build relationships with residents, families, and external community groups.
Coordinate outings and special events, ensuring safety and accessibility.
Maintain accurate records of activities and residents’ engagement.
Work closely with care teams to support residents' individual needs.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an activities role, ideally within a care setting.
Creative and energetic with excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage with residents of different backgrounds and abilities.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
A caring and compassionate approach.
Knowledge of health and safety considerations in a care environment.
