We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work with a local Housing Association based in there Tolvaddon office.
Working within our Customer Service Centre to support in the raising of repairs, communicating updates to our customers and keeping accurate records for our monthly reporting.The successful candidate will require a good eye for detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure, meeting targets, whilst paying particular attention to details and accuracy. Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to take meticulous notes are essential.
This role will be fully office based in our Tolvaddon office.
Hours per Week:37
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday 9.21am to 5.15pm
Temp ongoing to start ASAP
Salary Details: 13.48 per hour
The ideal candidate will have:
