- Ensuring accurate and compliant process for sales, resales etc
- Record and track various processes (sales and marketing, legal etc)
- Produce documents as required
- Produce legal and internal documentation
- Obtain, manage and file all certificates
- Obtain compliance forms
- Produce weekly sales reports
- Responsible for credit card reconciliation, petty cash, staff expenses
- Assist the Compliance Manager
- Arranging accommodation, lunches etc
- Office management duties
- Proven experience of office admin
- Good working knowledge of Office 365
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
