Administrator required for this contract to start ASAP until Feb/March 2026.  You will provide support to various departments within the business including the Executive team.Location: South Cambs, in the office 3 days, from home 2 daysHours: 37.5 per weekSalary: £27-28,000paYour duties:
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant process for sales, resales etc
  • Record and track various processes (sales and marketing, legal etc)
  • Produce documents as required
  • Produce legal and internal documentation
  • Obtain, manage and file all certificates
  • Obtain compliance forms
  • Produce weekly sales reports
  • Responsible for credit card reconciliation, petty cash, staff expenses
  • Assist the Compliance Manager
  • Arranging accommodation, lunches etc
  • Office management duties
Your skills/experience:
  • Proven experience of office admin
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
