Our client, one of the prestigious Cambridge colleges are currently looking for an experienced Funding & Grants Administrator to support their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Managing all administration regarding students funding
  • Answering student queries regarding application process
  • Attending meetings and minute-taking
  • Working closely with the alumni department regarding donors
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Financial administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within higher education is highly desirable
  • Experience with grants, funding or finance is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with exceptional problem solving skills
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour
