We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Technical Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting their regulatory functions, ensuring that all client projects are managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. For the technical aspect of this role, you will need to have a background in non-food testing and compliance. This is a fully hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update technical documentation, including product specifications, compliance records, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of client projects, liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide administrative support in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with UK and international standards.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Input and manage data related to product compliance, generating reports as required to support decision-making processes.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding technical and regulatory inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available and up-to-date.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the technical department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a technical or regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management or compliance software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
