Senior Customer Success Manager

Cambridge - Hybrid

Four Squared Recruitment are representing our client, who are dedicated to helping corporations navigate climate-related risks and opportunities using a unique analytics platform. The SaaS solution supports climate-related compliance, helps businesses reach Net Zero emissions, and guides them through scientific cost-benefit analyses of emission reduction strategies.

The Client Solutions team acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and retention. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high adoption of the platform, and driving renewals and upsell opportunities. This position collaborates closely with Sales and other internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and platform usage.

Summarised Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer experience, including handovers, onboarding, and training.
  • Work closely with the implementation, modelling and all internal teams, ensuring a streamline process and outstanding customer service.
  • Develop account plans and maintain regular communication with assigned clients.
  • Address support issues promptly and manage client license renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales on client expansions and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure high adoption of analytics tools by articulating the product's value tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the client’s voice within the organisation.
  • Monitor client platform usage and satisfaction, providing metrics for quarterly reports.

Essential Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in client success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong background of working with C suite contacts at large corporations.
  • Knowledge and working experience within a SaaS business.
  • Interest and passion about sustainability and climate risk.
