We are seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to join a UK University and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a full lifecycle ERP implementation project. This is a high-impact position requiring expertise in change management and ERP processes, from pre-advisory through to a successful go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
You will lead the change strategy, ensuring alignment with the University's goals and supporting stakeholders at all levels to embrace new ways of working. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ERP implementations and a deep understanding of processes such as "Audit to Cash" and "Procure to Pay."
Key Responsibilities-
Full Lifecycle ERP Implementation
- Lead change management activities across all project phases: planning, implementation, go-live, and hypercare.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change initiatives with the project roadmap.
- Identify and mitigate risks and challenges to ensure a smooth transition at each stage.

Onsite Commitment
- Engage with the University's teams and stakeholders on-site for three days per week.
- Foster collaboration and provide hands-on support to staff and project teams.

Understanding of ERP Processes
- Leverage expertise in key ERP processes such as "Audit to Cash" and "Procure to Pay."
- Conduct process mapping, analysis, and optimisation to meet the University's specific requirements.

Pre-Advisory, Testing, and Hypercare
- Contribute to the pre-advisory phase, ensuring readiness and alignment across the organisation.
- Support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing.
- Lead change management efforts during hypercare and post-implementation stabilisation.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the University.
- Proactively manage resistance, ensuring that concerns are addressed, and adoption is achieved.
