Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Wellbrook Way, Girton (with potential for occasional travel to other office locations)
Our client is looking for a motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support their Chartered Financial Planners in delivering comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth clients. This dynamic role involves managing client relationships, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring the delivery of tailored financial strategies across areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and non-mainstream investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Financial Planning Support: Work closely with Financial Planners to develop holistic financial strategies, conduct tax and investment calculations, and draft suitability reports.
- Case Management: Oversee new business processes from suitability report issuance to investment completion.
- Ongoing Service: Assist with client reviews, meeting preparation, and coordination with clients' other professional advisers (e.g. accountants, solicitors).
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to internal systems, maintain client records, and support the broader team in business development and firm growth.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and high-net-worth client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g. CURO) and case management
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to providing excellent client service
