Senior Sales Executive required for a busy well established company in Royston.Salary is depending on experience £24-28k Uncapped commission with on target earnings of £7.5k on top of salary Office based 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) and 2 at home (Mondays and Fridays)Fantastic modern office space with lots of perksRegular funded social eventsExtra day holiday on your birthday and many moreMy client is seeking Sales Executives to join their successful, supportive and dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have direct outbound sales experience and a driven personality to be successful within the organisation.Key responsibilities of the Business Development and Sales Executive will include:
  • Warm calling prospective clients 
  • Selling advertising and sponsorships within the health care sector
  • Up-selling to existing clients
  • Secure renewal clients across the portfolio whilst sourcing new business
  • Achievement of personal and product targets
  • Maintaining the high profile of the company throughout the industry through client visits and attendance at a range of industry events
  • Assisting the Management team in coordinating the sales campaigns, identifying potential difficulties and providing solutions
  • Using initiative to identify any potential new business streams and work with the management team to apply them to a sales campaign
