Solution47 is seeing a Customer service manager for a client based in Sawston.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a busy, vibrant office where no two days are the same.

As a customer service manager you will be responsible for overseeing teams of customer service representatives.

Duties to include
  • Answering customer questions and resolving problems
  • Setting team goals
  • Monitoring progress
  • training staff member
  • Will be familiar with using on-line chat facilities
The ideal candidate will:
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate, when required
  • Previously worked in a sales role.
