The Role

Our client has successfully secured an exciting new contract to oversee infrastructure projects for a government body, including pump installations, flood barriers, and MEICA works.

With the launch of this new framework, we are assembling a dedicated team of Contract/Project Managers across the East, South East, and South West of England presenting a unique chance to be part of a forward-thinking company, making substantial environmental and community contributions through intricate and significant MEICA projects.

In this role you'll oversee the day-to-day management of Call-off Contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual conditions and guiding the delivery of services from bid through to completion.

What will you do?

Oversee contracts and ensure services are delivered as promised, focusing on NEC4 ECC and ECSC contracts.
Ensure projects are well-planned, timely, and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.
Manage project finances, including billing and changes, in collaboration with the framework manager and commercial team.
Act as the main client contact, participating in progress meetings to discuss project status and important issues.
Collaborate with other managers to ensure consistent project delivery across regions and support the Framework Manager.
Promote SHEW (Safety, Health, Environment, and Wellbeing) and sustainability practices within project operations, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and framework standards.
Manage pricing for direct work and oversee contract bids, working with the estimating team and subcontractors.
Travel to client sites as and when required.

What will you need?

Minimum HNC or equivalent in related field.
Experience in contract and project management for MEICA projects.
Knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
