This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing start-up, bio-tech business as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chief Business Officer and Executive team.
In this high profile role, you'll be providing comprehensive EA support as well as project work and office management.

Day to day duties will include:
- Organising of travel
- Diary management
- Preparing relevant documentation and itineraries for travelling staff
- Processing of expenses
- Organise conference registrations
- Support contract management
- Administrative and change management projects
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations and reports
- And more!
You will need to have experience of providing EA support at C-suite level, ideally within a bio-tech or start-up environment.
We're looking for someone who is organised, can work well under pressure, be proactive and have good attention to detail.
Being proactive and having a solutions driven mindset is essential, as is the highest level of confidentiality.
