  • The role is office based. There could be some home working, but this is likely to be no more than a day per week. 

Reed Cambridge Business Support is working with a business in Cambridge. They are currently seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to co-deliver their Fellowship Programme. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of innovative neurotechnology through structured fellowship streams.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate the administration of the fellowship programme.
  • Manage up to six fellows annually, overseeing their individual 12-month fellowships.
  • Schedule meetings, organise papers, contracts, and invoices for Fellows.
  • Ensure training records for each fellow are up to date, collaborating with various partners and host organisations.
  • Coordinate activities and scheduling to support the delivery of a neurotech workstream within the programme.
  • Work closely with the Fellowship Operations Manager and Partners to ensure seamless operation and support of the fellowship programme.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in the life sciences/biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in project management and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate collaborative research programmes across academia and industry is desirable.
  • Experience in scientific research and coordinating contracts and invoices is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification is desirable.
