- Assist with recruitment and selection, including preparing and sending offer letters and notifying unsuccessful candidates.
- Support the coordination and collation of monthly payroll.
- Inform relevant teams about new starters and manage the induction programme.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing support and guidance where needed.
- A strong educational background, including Maths and English GCSEs (A-C) or a Level 3 NVQ* in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration).
- CIPD Level 3 qualification would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
