Location: Cambridgeshire (once a week)
JGA are partnered with a growing Financial Services firm seeking an HR Operations Lead to lead their team.
The successful candidate will have experience working for a business of over 2000 employees, management experience, and has covered payroll, benefits, Reward and HR Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating payroll and benefits management.
- Developing HR operational strategies to optimise efficiency and compliance.
- Managing HR Operations day-to-day.
- Collaborating with HRIS vendors.
- Leading on M&A deliverables.
- Supporting on development of HR policy and procedures.
Skills required:
- Experience leading and implementing HR Operational strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (HiBob desirable).
- Stakeholder communication.
- Experience across payroll, benefits, Reward and HR Operations in one role.
