You will be experienced in all aspects of the employee learning journey from design, delivery and facilitation of development programmes.Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a stand alone role, partnering with your key stakeholders, with the support of the wider people team. You will play a pivotal role in developing the culture where people can learn and grow by leading the L&D agenda in line with the organisation’s strategic vision. Remit will include – managing the induction programme, creating e-learning content, facilitating soft skills training, coaching and mentoring individuals across the organisation as well managing the apprentice scheme.  This is an end-to-end L&D role which is truly embedded in the people function and wider organisation,. About you? You will be an experienced L&D Manager who has strong coaching skills, ideally CIPD L&D level 5 or equivalent with a background in leadership and management development.  You will be able to work on site in Cambridge at least 2 days a week.  Collaboration and curiosity are part of your DNA.
