In this role you will be part of a global operation with full control of the UK lab's operations while communicating with the US team, and also be able to lend a helping hand in showing early stage companies how to make best use of the latest Next-Generation Sequencers.
No two days will be the same in this position either. In the labs, you could be doing anything from calibrating pipettes to handling stock management of reagents and tracking budgets.
If this sounds like you, this is what we'd like to see on your CV:
- Previous experience managing a lab following safety guidelines and optimizing lab processes
- Ability to maintain documentation of resources and activites
- Knowledge in NGS to train and support others
- Clearcommunication skills
