Im currently working with one of Cambridges most progressive Software companies who are looking for aTechnical Team Leadto join their growing team. The role combines a mixture of hands-on development working alongside the team whilst also taking on managerial responsibilities and supporting the Senior team with code reviews, performance management and contributing to technical decisions.

The Role Technical Team Lead

Cambridge Twice a month in the office.
Work within a cross-functional team, working across the entire product suite.
Support, mentor, coach and train the team on all technical requirements.
Support the Senior team with managerial responsibilities.
Still remain hands on and spend large proportion of time working alongside team.

Tech Requirements

Salary: £80,000-£90,000.
Role Split:30% Coding / 70% Management.
Essential Skills: C#, .Net Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
Bonus Skills: Typescript, Golang, Java, DevOps.
Good experience leading a team - ideally of around 4-5 in size.
This includes 1:1s, code reviews, performance management.
