- Support the Payroll Manager through a period of increased workload.
- Involves supervising the day to day activities of the Payroll Administrators.
- Manage all PAYE related matters for customers, including PAYE end of year procedures.
- Checking payrolls, advising on complex issues, supporting the Payroll Manager with projects and potential processing some payrolls where required.

- Level of supervisor experience in a payroll environment
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proven experience with high volume & end to end processing.
- iTrent experience (Advantageous)
- Oracle (Advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
