Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation in Cambridge that is looking to expand its network engineering team. The successful candidate will support ongoing projects and provide technical assistance for network-related issues.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to resolve network-related issues across the organisation and participate in project work.
- Be part of an on-call rota, which may require onsite attendance to address faults and issues.
- Work closely with service providers to ensure faults are promptly addressed and resolved.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant experience managing telephony, paging, or IT systems within a large organisation.
- Familiarity with the ITIL methodology.
- Network-related qualifications, preferably CCNA, though equivalent industry certifications will be considered.
- Experience working with Cisco products.
- A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 is desirable.
