We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of the IT functions
- Recruiting new staff members
- Training of new staff members
- Working with colleagues across multiple offices nationally
- Seeking ways to improve IT to solve wider company issues
- Ensuring processes and procedures are in place
- Travelling to other office when required
- Being responsible for technical development projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in delegating tasks effectively
- Knowledge of document management and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft operating systems
- Good understanding of hardware
