Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 45 hours, 5 days over 7

Salary: £30,639 - £35,165 per annum

Due to company growth here at Restore, we are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to ensure and manage the logistics and safeguarding of staff.We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for an experienced Supervisor who wants to be a part of our journey at this exciting time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving company vehicles as entitlements allow.
  • Leading and managing aspects of smaller moves/projects and working in conjunction with a Move Manager to complete larger projects/moves
  • Promoting company core standards and values
  • Educating, training and developing other team members in delivery emphasising best practice, quality and standards
  • Conducting technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning of either furniture and/or IT
  • Managing external contractors during delivery
  • Ensure working practices are safe and follow company best practice standards
  • Acting as a client liaison on site between different departments and the on-site team
  • Completing regular removals activities as and when required

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience within warehouse or production settings
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to manage and motivate a team ranging in size
  • Adaptable and flexible to any changes
  • Polite, friendly manner and good communication skills
  • Careful and methodical approach to work.
  • A strong team player but who can work on his or her own initiative
