We are supporting a well-regarded building services company with their search for an MEPH Quantity Surveyor.

You will be responsible for the financial management of projects valued at over £7M.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compiling monthly applications and managing project variation accounts.
  • Preparing project Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports and attending related meetings.
  • Negotiating sub-contracts and managing payment notifications.
  • Overseeing project credit control.
