About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformational, profitable growth within some of the UK's largest and most complex industrial businesses. You'll foster partnerships with industrial producers in key target markets, including petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and metals sectors, and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

You will take ownership of sales projects throughout the sales cycle, delivering environmental improvements and sustainable hazardous waste solutions by leveraging our client's extensive treatment infrastructure, technologies, and services. Your role will be critical in driving both short-term sales and influencing the long-term strategic direction of our business.

This is a senior role that requires the ability to represent the business to C-suite executives, deliver high-level customer satisfaction, and manage complex environmental projects.

Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in major account management and a deep understanding of the hazardous waste industry. You'll have a strong background in driving £1m+ contracts and will possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
