Are you a seasoned Family Lawyer with over 10 years of post-qualification experience seeking a flexible role within a dynamic and expanding team? We are looking for a qualified senior Family Lawyer (CILEx or SRA) to join our team of 7 specialist solicitors. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly with a minimum of 2 days in the office, providing expert advice on all aspects of Private Family Law.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of Private Family Law including child-related disputes, divorce, financial remedies, and more.
  • Engage in business development activities to further enhance the firm’s presence and reach.
  • Achieve core financial and administrative objectives to ensure the smooth running and profitability of your caseload.
  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Manage a busy caseload independently, with support when needed, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Family Law within private practice, with a minimum of 10 years PQE.
  • Qualified as a Family Lawyer (CILEx or SRA).
  • Strong experience in court-managed disputes and matrimonial financial matters.
  • Advocacy experience in the Family Court is preferred.
  • Excellent client care skills, with a sensitive understanding of the needs of family clients.
  • Strong compliance with file and risk management requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
