Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of the audit team.
  • Collaborate with Partners on business development initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in audit within a professional practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
