Description
This is a pivotal role in the business that will act as the number 2 in finance to the CFO.
The role of Group FC is a multi faceted role sitting on the SLT of the business and reporting to the CFO.
The role will cover;
Strategic Finance,
Finance Operations,
Budgeting and Planning,
Business Partnering,
Governance and Audit Assurance,
Continuous Improvement.
We are looking for someone that can start immediately, or at worst a 1 week notice
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- Minimum of 5 years managing a reasonably sized finance function
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach in helping drive change agenda
- Proficient on systems and takes proactive approach on driving the automation agenda
- Experience of implementing, monitoring, and improving financial controls.
- Technically strong and detailed knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS regulatory and reporting environments
- Understanding of the commercial drivers within a business and an ability to report upon and proactively influence
- Resilient and someone that can work collaboratively with other functions and develop and drive the finance agenda and priorities into the business
- Promote health and safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
Job Offer
Salary up to £450 per day Inside of ir35. c £85,000 + bonus + benefits perm equivalent
4 days on site, 1 at home
3 - 6 month interim role
potential for Perm contract
