Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting and fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by selling a diverse range of Building and Civil products within the Construction Industry to both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business within the industry. Knowledge of the construction sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively grow the customer base by engaging with new and existing clients.
  • Provide support to the external sales team as needed.
  • Prepare quotations and process orders efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase revenue.
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and manage in-person customer collections at the depot.
  • Provide customers with pricing, stock availability, and product recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order dispatch.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on order progress.

  • Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
