What You'll Do:
- Become a Client Champion: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial goals through in-depth consultations.
- Mortgage Matchmaker: Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders, ensuring they align perfectly with each client's specific circumstances.
- Navigate the Process: Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial application to completion, providing clear communication and updates every step of the way.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results.
- Stay Current: Maintain a strong understanding of the ever-evolving mortgage market, regulations, and lender criteria.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
We're looking for a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who possesses the following:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (or equivalent financial services role).
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations in the UK market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to support your success:
- Basic salary up to £27,000 per annum (including car allowance).
- Attractive performance-based bonus structure with a potential OTE of £45,000 - £60,000.
